How to reach us
The SOE team is small. There is no support desk, no automated response, no ticketing system. There is a person: someone who reads, who has built, who understands the founder context - who reads every message that comes through this form. If your message is genuine, it will be read and responded to. If it is a spam or a pitch or a cold outreach, it will not. The team does not have the bandwidth to respond to everything, but they have the intention to engage with every message that is worth engaging with.
What to write
The best messages are the ones that are honest and specific. Tell us what you are building. Tell us what you are struggling with. Tell us what you think the community needs that it does not have yet. The team is interested in the founder's actual experience, not in the pitch they have prepared for investors. Write like you are talking to another founder: direct, honest, unpolished if that is how you think. The polished pitch gets deleted. The real conversation gets a real response.

For feedback on specific content: a chapter, a tool, a session: the best channel is the Discussions section in the Arena, where the feedback becomes part of the community's conversation rather than a private message.
