How the Arena works
The Arena is not a platform you join. It is a set of spaces you enter when you are ready. Each door serves a different purpose at a different time in your journey.

The Arena and the Companion are designed to work together. Use the Arena to find the people and conversations that sharpen your thinking. Use the Companion to work through the problems those conversations surface.
The flow is simple: join a group or read a discussion, find a problem or question that resonates, take it into the Companion, and use the structured thinking tools to work through it. Then bring your answer back to the group and share what you found.
The cycle repeats. Every conversation in the Arena becomes raw material for the Companion. Every session in the Companion generates new questions for the Arena. Together, they create a continuous loop of thinking, building, and learning, the same loop that runs through every founder's work.
